Group Class Details

Functional Movement

The Functional Movement class lays the foundation for building solid compound strength, elevate your fitness, reduce your risk of injury and unleash your inner athlete.

In the training program, we include foundational strength, olympic lifting and skill based work. There will also be short burst of high intensity conditioning to finish off each workout.

Run Club

This social club is open to all athletes and abilities. The aim is to get out in the fresh air and tick off some K's at a nice steady pace while having a good chat with your friends and fellow members.

Hyrox Performance

The HYROX classes are designed for athletes looking to improve their Fitness Racing Performance.

These group training sessions provide our members with a specific progressive, structured training programme delivered in a hard working yet encouraging environment to learn the essential skills and techniques required for performing at your best for a Hyrox race (or similar event).

Our coaches are there on hand to help drive high standards and hold you accountable through every step of the way.

PURE STRENGTH

This class allowed the members to gain skills and confidence in the gym to lift heavy, safely and correctly. It's open to 8 athletes so that we can give the best of our knowledge and assistance to each member to achieve a fulfilling and enjoyable session.

The inclusive and positive environment will help you become more confident and content in your personal ability and strength.

Hyrox Conditioning

This session is designed to put the members through their paces with a longer, endurance based Hyrox simulation styled workout.

It differs to the "Hyrox Performance" class where its more about getting through a continuous 50"+ workout involving the hyrox movements.

However, this is NOT just a run through of the Hyrox workout.

Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic Lifting class is designed to help athletes of all levels develop strength, power, and precision through expert coaching in the snatch and clean & jerk.

Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine advanced technique, this session provides the structured, skill-focused training you need to progress safely and effectively.

Memberships

We offer 2 different memberships with the additional option of opting for a "drop-In" session

LITE

This option is £50 Per month and gives you access to the 24hr OPEN gym without access to classes.

CORE

This membership allows you access to ONE class per week. You can add on unlimited open gym (CORE+) for an additional £35

Pick Your Membership

PREMIUM

This membership allows you access to unlimited classes every week. For an additional £25 you can have unlimited access to the OPEN gym as well (PREMIUM+)

Group Classes

Our class programming is tailored towards the everyday hybrid athlete looking to improve their functional fitness, strength and endurance around a busy lifestyle.

Our Group training sessions provide our members with a hard working yet encouraging environment. Our coaches are there on hand to help drive high standards and hold you accountable through each workout.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training is designed for a group of up to 6 clients with similar goals, interests and abilities.

In a small group environment you get the best of both worlds when it comes to training with the right environment for and making sure you are getting enough attention and feedback from the coaches.

This is run separately by the coaches. So if you have any questions, contact them.

1:1 Training

The 1:1 Model allows each client to work with their chosen coach at a time that works for both. Clients will benefit from in-depth instruction, while focusing on your specific training goals, nutrition and general lifestyle support.
